A $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup are subject to a non-refundable $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund of the deposit.
If our chauffeur arrives at the pickup location and the client is unreachable after 30 minutes, the reservation will be marked as a no-show and the full deposit will be forfeited.
Need to change your date or time? Reschedules are allowed at no charge if requested at least 48 hours before the original pickup time, subject to vehicle availability.
